Manual cleaning
Use a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of alcohol to gently rotate the front and back sides of the nozzle hole 8 times each to remove accumulated dust and impurities. 2. Through hole: Use a fine needle to dredge the nozzle hole, ensure that the hole is unobstructed, and remove any foreign matter on the hole wall. 3. Blow: Use an air gun to blow air at the nozzle hole for 10 seconds to blow away any remaining dust or debris.

Using nozzle cleaning machine
Nozzle cleaning machine is a common and effective method for cleaning nozzles. Place the nozzle in a dedicated ultrasonic cleaning machine and use the tiny bubble bursting effect generated by ultrasonic vibration to deeply remove dust, impurities and sticky residues inside the nozzle. Ultrasonic cleaning can thoroughly clean the internal structure of the nozzle and restore its vacuum performance without damaging it.
